Bringing ideas to light.

A UK practice

Light to complex technology.

We design and build AI-integrated business systems, conduct independent technology investigations, and develop our own products. A small number of engagements each year.

Practice

Four disciplines.

Each engagement is senior-led and delivered directly — no teams, no layers, no scope sprawl. We take on a limited number a year.

§ 01 / 04

AI-integrated business systems

Designing and building AI enrichment, scoring, and automation inside CRMs and operational platforms — Salesforce, HubSpot, n8n, Azure OpenAI. Opportunity, account, and lead intelligence for SaaS and intelligence-sector clients.

§ 02 / 04

Technology forensics & investigation

Independent technical investigation of suspected unauthorised access, data exfiltration risk, and integration-layer exposure. Findings suitable for legal and commercial use.

§ 03 / 04

Integration & data architecture

Cross-system workflow, binary and attachment sync, API design, and version-controlled automation across Salesforce, Jira, HubSpot, and n8n.

§ 04 / 04

Product development

Our own products — currently PicoPouch. Strategy, architecture, build, iteration.

Selected dispatches

Recent engagements.

Three of the latest. Forensics, AI-integrated systems, integration — each authored as its own dispatch.

Product PicoPouch

Product design, build, and iteration

Our own product. Strategy through delivery — positioning, architecture, and the continuous work of shipping and iterating.

Forensics UK legal and professional-services firm

Salesforce unauthorised-access investigation

Investigation into suspected unauthorised access to a client Salesforce environment during a sensitive commercial period.

AI systems UK SaaS platform

AI opportunity & account intelligence for a mid-market SaaS

A multi-phase programme adding intelligent enrichment across the sales funnel — leads, opportunities, and accounts.

Working principles

How the practice operates.

Four operating principles that shape every engagement we take on.

  • Small. A limited number of engagements each year. If we can't do it properly, we say so.
  • Senior-led. The person you meet is the person doing the work.
  • Discreet. Most clients don't want to be named; we assume confidentiality by default.
  • Fixed-scope, fixed-price where the work admits it. Day-rate where it doesn't.
