LumioLayer is a standalone intelligence layer. It connects via OAuth, reads opportunities, accounts, contacts, and activities through the CRM's own API, and enriches each record with structured Claude-driven analysis. Enrichment is stored canonically inside LumioLayer, not as hundreds of custom fields inside the CRM. Your CRM stays clean.
Thin widgets surface the intelligence inside the CRM your team already uses. Lightning Web Components for Salesforce, cards for HubSpot, equivalents for other platforms. Data is fetched live from LumioLayer rather than deployed as per-tenant schema.

Third, explainable by design. Every score lives next to its justification. Sales reps do not have to trust a number; they can read why it is there. RevOps does not have to defend an opaque dashboard.
LumioLayer is hosted in Google Cloud europe-west2 (London) for UK data residency. Anthropic Claude is the primary model, with Sonnet for analysis and Haiku for high-volume context summarisation. OAuth 2.0 secures every CRM connection. The platform is in active development with a design partner.
Opportunity enrichment for Salesforce is live. HubSpot, Pipedrive, and the wider record set (accounts, leads, contacts) are on the roadmap, along with MCP-exposed intelligence so that customers' AI agents can consume LumioLayer directly.
